Shipping
How long does delivery take?

The estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. For more details, please check our Shipping Policy.
What are the shipping costs?
  • Shipping is free within the Netherlands and Belgium.
  • For other EU countries, shipping is free on orders above €250 and €5.95 for all other orders.
  • For countries outside the EU, shipping costs €14.95.

Shipping fees depend on your location and are shown at checkout.

Please note that customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via the email address you provided at checkout.
My order hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please first check your tracking link. If you still haven’t received your package, contact us at info@giyaamsterdam.com and we’ll help you locate it.

Returns
How can I return an item?

To start a return, please email us at info@giyaamsterdam.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
We’ll provide you with a return label.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

A return handling fee of €5.95 will be deducted from your refund.
Can I exchange an item?

Yes, you can request an exchange by contacting us at info@giyaamsterdam.com. Please include your order number and the item you’d like to exchange. Once we receive your request, we’ll provide further instructions. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
How long do I have to return something?

We offer a 14-day return policy. You can request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.
When will I receive my refund?

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. A return handling fee of €5.95 will be deducted from your refund. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take a few extra days to process the refund.

What should I do if my discount code doesn’t work?

If your discount code isn’t working, please contact us at info@giyaamsterdam.com. Keep in mind that discounts cannot be combined.

Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes outside the EU?

Yes. All customs duties, import taxes, and other fees are the responsibility of the customer and depend on your country’s regulations.

What materials are the bags made of?

Our bags are crafted from genuine leather and feature vegan leather details on the straps and handles, combining a high-quality design with long-lasting durability.
How do I take care of my bag?

For leather:

  • Avoid contact with water, oils, or makeup.
  • Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Apply a leather conditioner or balm occasionally to keep the leather soft and prevent cracking.
  • Optional: a protective spray can help make it more water-resistant.

For suede:

  • Avoid water and stains. Use a suede protector spray before use.
  • Brush gently with a suede brush to remove dirt and restore the texture.
  • Never use leather conditioner or balm on suede.
