Shipping policy

Shipping

All orders are shipped with DHL from our warehouse in the Netherlands. We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

We also ship to Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States. If your country is not available during checkout, please contact us at info@giyamsterdam.com, we’ll be happy to assist.

Estimated delivery times:

  • The Netherlands & Belgium: 1–3 business days

  • Germany: 1–3 business days

  • Rest of Europe: 2–4 business days

  • United Kingdom: 4–7 business days

  • United States: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier or customs procedures. Once your order has been dispatched, DHL is responsible for the package’s safe and timely delivery.

Duties and Taxes

For orders outside the European Union, import duties, taxes and/or customs fees may apply once the package arrives in the destination country.
These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by GIYA Amsterdam.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering to understand what charges may apply. GIYA Amsterdam is not responsible for any customs delays.

Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Please ensure your delivery details are correct. GIYA Amsterdam is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information.

If delivery cannot be completed within the estimated timeframe, we will notify you immediately.
In case a product is no longer available, we will offer an alternative or a full refund.
